The upper material combines UA’s Compression net Energy Web with HOVR materials to give your foot maximum cushioning. The overall fit is both flexible and secure, and they provide an almost runner-like feel. We wore these shoes for up to three miles, and they felt great. Although they aren't up to par with the Phantom 2 and the Havoc 3 in terms of performance, the Project Rock 3 is still a great improvement.
