The 30 Day Men's Workout

The 30-Day Workout is for men. It consists of two days of weightlifting and two days with cardio. One rest day is included. It can be done at home or at the gym. It includes three sets of each exercise, aiming for fifteen repetitions per set. More advanced exercisers can increase to 20 reps per set.
